This site is a tribute to Valerie Millard. She was much loved and will always be remembered by all who knew her.
Hello it's Mark and Neil here .... As many of you know mum suffered with Dementia for the past 12 years or so. Fortunately it was a slow process and although she became very quiet, probably too worried at repeating herself, she was still able to recognise her friends and family. Something we are very grateful for. Unfortunately she passed away at 7AM on May 10 following a heart attack. In lieu of flowers we are asking people who wish to pay a tribute to make a donation to the Dementia UK group. This will help other suffers and their families. We (the whole family) thank you for your compassion.

To my darling Val You looked after me and our boys for years and years They were mostly great times but I'm sorry I caused you a few tears You were kind, beautiful and fun but could still dish out a slap and I'm sure there were times I deserved just that!!! You left us far too early and have gone away I hope that you are happy and you're OK. You were a lovely wife ..... more than I deserved I miss you dearly All my love Dave xxxx
